New ownership/management. Monthly rentals. Perfect for those in town working for a couple of months or anyone who needs a short term rental. Reasonable prices. Renovated rooms and a very attentive maintenance staff. Past reviews are no longer relevant in any way. This place is very cute and within walking distance to downtown Powell, Anytime Fitness, and the local laundromat. Give it a try!
They really were good to us. And it's a roof over your head when you're in a pinch. The room tenant is responsible for cleaning their own room, as they don't offer housekeeping. So it's on you if your room isn't clean. But that's what keeps the rate low.
It's adorable!!!! Super friendly people, tad dated furniture an bedding but clean an comfy. Very Affordable (mass respect to owners for not jacking prices up because of plant work), close to everything, it is perfect for a work at plant. New paint new hardwood floors, new fridge and microwave. Huge closet. New TV. Quiet area of older powell/downtown a good neighborhood and still Door is heavy/steel with secure locks. Only reason it's not a 5 on everything is because it needs new curtain, maybe a different set up/ rearrangement of furniture, and maybe some new windows but the older windows add charm and character. I'll be staying here every time I come threw if they have room! So happy the guys at plant told me about this gem!
